1 Chronicles

Chapter 22

1 Then David1732 said,559 This2088 is the house1004 of the LORD3068 God,430 and this2088 is the altar4196 of the burnt offering5930 for Israel.3478

2 And David1732 commanded559 to gather together3664 853 the strangers1616 that834 were in the land776 of Israel;3478 and he set5975 masons2672 to hew2672 wrought1496 stones68 to build1129 the house1004 of God.430

3 And David1732 prepared3559 iron1270 in abundance7230 for the nails4548 for the doors1817 of the gates,8179 and for the joinings;4226 and brass5178 in abundance7230 without369 weight;4948

4 Also cedar730 trees6086 in abundance:369 4557 for3588 the Zidonians6722 and they of Tyre6876 brought935 much7230 cedar730 wood6086 to David.1732

5 And David1732 said,559 Solomon8010 my son1121 is young5288 and tender,7390 and the house1004 that is to be built1129 for the LORD3068 must be exceeding4605 magnifical,1431 of fame8034 and of glory8597 throughout all3605 countries:776 I will therefore now4994 make preparation3559 for it. So David1732 prepared3559 abundantly7230 before6440 his death.4194

6 Then he called7121 for Solomon8010 his son,1121 and charged6680 him to build1129 a house1004 for the LORD3068 God430 of Israel.3478

7 And David1732 said559 to Solomon,8010 My son,1121 as for me,589 it was1961 in5973 my mind3824 to build1129 a house1004 unto the name8034 of the LORD3068 my God: 430

8 But the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to5921 me, saying,559 Thou hast shed8210 blood1818 abundantly,7230 and hast made6213 great1419 wars:4421 thou shalt not3808 build1129 a house1004 unto my name,8034 because3588 thou hast shed8210 much7227 blood1818 upon the earth776 in my sight.6440

9 Behold,2009 a son1121 shall be born3205 to thee, who1931 shall be1961 a man376 of rest;4496 and I will give him rest5117 from all4480 3605 his enemies341 round about:4480 5439 for3588 his name8034 shall be1961 Solomon,8010 and I will give5414 peace7965 and quietness8253 unto5921 Israel3478 in his days.3117

10 He1931 shall build1129 a house1004 for my name;8034 and he1931 shall be1961 my son,1121 and I589 will be his father;1 and I will establish3559 the throne3678 of his kingdom4438 over5921 Israel3478 forever.5704 5769

11 Now,6258 my son,1121 the LORD3068 be1961 with5973 thee; and prosper6743 thou, and build1129 the house1004 of the LORD3068 thy God,430 as834 he hath said1696 of5921 thee.

12 Only389 the LORD3068 give5414 thee wisdom7922 and understanding,998 and give thee charge6680 concerning5921 Israel,3478 that thou mayest keep8104 853 the law8451 of the LORD3068 thy God.430

13 Then227 shalt thou prosper,6743 if518 thou takest heed8104 to fulfill6213 853 the statutes2706 and judgments4941 which834 the LORD3068 charged6680 853 Moses4872 with concerning5921 Israel:3478 be strong,2388 and of good courage;553 dread3372 not,408 nor408 be dismayed.2865

14 Now, behold,2009 in my trouble6040 I have prepared3559 for the house1004 of the LORD3068 a hundred3967 thousand505 talents3603 of gold,2091 and a thousand505 thousand505 talents3603 of silver;3701 and of brass5178 and iron1270 without369 weight;4948 for3588 it is1961 in abundance:7230 timber6086 also and stone68 have I prepared;3559 and thou mayest add3254 thereto.5921

15 Moreover there are workmen6213 4399 with5973 thee in abundance,7230 hewers2672 and workers2796 of stone68 and timber,6086 and all manner3605 of cunning men2450 for every manner3605 of work.4399

16 Of the gold,2091 the silver,3701 and the brass,5178 and the iron,1270 there is no369 number.4557 Arise6965 therefore, and be doing,6213 and the LORD3068 be1961 with5973 thee.

17 David1732 also commanded6680 all3605 the princes8269 of Israel3478 to help5826 Solomon8010 his son,1121 saying,

18 Is not3808 the LORD3068 your God430 with5973 you? and hath he not given you rest5117 on every side?4480 5439 for3588 he hath given5414 853 the inhabitants3427 of the land776 into mine hand;3027 and the land776 is subdued3533 before6440 the LORD,3068 and before6440 his people.5971

19 Now6258 set5414 your heart3824 and your soul5315 to seek1875 the LORD3068 your God;430 arise6965 therefore, and build1129 ye853 the sanctuary4720 of the LORD3068 God,430 to bring935 853 the ark727 of the covenant1285 of the LORD,3068 and the holy6944 vessels3627 of God,430 into the house1004 that is to be built1129 to the name8034 of the LORD.3068

1 И сказал Давид: здесь будет дом Господа Бога и здесь жертвенник всесожжения для Израиля!

2 И приказал Давид собрать пришельцев, находившихся в земле Израильской, и поставил каменотесов, чтобы выделывать тесанные камни для построения дома Божия.

3 И множество железа на гвозди к дверям и на скобы, и множество меди без весу заготовил Давид,

4 И кедровых дерев без счету; потому что Сидоняне и Тиряне навезли Давиду множество кедровых дерев.

5 И сказал Давид: Соломон, сын мой, молод и малосилен, а дом, который будет строиться для Господа, должен быть весьма величествен, на славу и украшение пред всеми землями: итак буду я заготовлять для него. И заготовил Давид до смерти своей множество.

6 И призвал сына своего Соломона, и завещал ему построить дом Господу, Богу Израилеву.

7 И сказал Давид Соломону: сын мой! у меня было на сердце построить дом имени Господа, Бога моего.

8 Но ко мне было слово Господа, и сказано: ты пролил много крови, и производил большие битвы; ты не строй дома имени Моему, потому что много крови пролил ты на землю пред лицом Моим.

9 Вот родился у тебя сын; он будет человек покоя: Я дам ему покой ненарушаемый всеми окрестными врагами его; посему имя ему будет: Соломон. И Израилю во дни его дам мир и тишину.

10 Он построит дом во имя Мое, и он будет Мне сыном, а Я ему отцем, и поставлю престол царства его над Израилем навек.

11 Итак, сын мой! да будет с тобою Господь, чтобы ты был благоуспешен, и построил дом Господу Богу твоему, так, как Он говорил о тебе.

12 Да даст тебе Господь смысл и разум, и наставит тебя управлять Израилем и хранить закон Господа, Бога твоего.

13 Тогда ты будешь благоуспешен, если будешь соблюдать и исполнять постановления и законы, которые заповедал Господь Моисею для Израиля. Будь тверд и мужествен, не бойся и не ужасайся.

14 И вот я, среди бедствий моих, заготовил для дома Господа золота сто тысяч талантов, и серебра тысячу тысяч талантов; а меди и железу нет веса, потому что его множество, и дерева и каменья я также заготовил. И ты можешь еще прибавить к этому.

15 У тебя множество производителей работ, дровосеков, каменотесов и плотников, и всяких способных на всякое дело.

16 Золоту, серебру и меди и железу счета нет. Вставай, делай и да будет с тобою Господь!

17 И завещал Давид всем князьям Израилевым помогать сыну его Соломону.

18 Не с вами ли Господь, Бог ваш? Не Он ли дал вам покой со всех сторон? потому что Он предал в руки мои живущих на земле, и покорилась земля пред Господом и пред народом Его.

19 Итак приклоните сердце ваше и душу вашу к тому, чтоб искать Господа, Бога вашего, и встаньте, и стройте святилище Господу Богу, чтобы перенести ковчег завета Господа и священные сосуды Божии в дом, построенный имени Господа.

1 Then David1732 said,559 This2088 is the house1004 of the LORD3068 God,430 and this2088 is the altar4196 of the burnt offering5930 for Israel.3478

1 И сказал Давид: здесь будет дом Господа Бога и здесь жертвенник всесожжения для Израиля!

2 And David1732 commanded559 to gather together3664 853 the strangers1616 that834 were in the land776 of Israel;3478 and he set5975 masons2672 to hew2672 wrought1496 stones68 to build1129 the house1004 of God.430

2 И приказал Давид собрать пришельцев, находившихся в земле Израильской, и поставил каменотесов, чтобы выделывать тесанные камни для построения дома Божия.

3 And David1732 prepared3559 iron1270 in abundance7230 for the nails4548 for the doors1817 of the gates,8179 and for the joinings;4226 and brass5178 in abundance7230 without369 weight;4948

3 И множество железа на гвозди к дверям и на скобы, и множество меди без весу заготовил Давид,

4 И кедровых дерев без счету; потому что Сидоняне и Тиряне навезли Давиду множество кедровых дерев.

5 И сказал Давид: Соломон, сын мой, молод и малосилен, а дом, который будет строиться для Господа, должен быть весьма величествен, на славу и украшение пред всеми землями: итак буду я заготовлять для него. И заготовил Давид до смерти своей множество.

6 Then he called7121 for Solomon8010 his son,1121 and charged6680 him to build1129 a house1004 for the LORD3068 God430 of Israel.3478

6 И призвал сына своего Соломона, и завещал ему построить дом Господу, Богу Израилеву.

7 And David1732 said559 to Solomon,8010 My son,1121 as for me,589 it was1961 in5973 my mind3824 to build1129 a house1004 unto the name8034 of the LORD3068 my God: 430

7 И сказал Давид Соломону: сын мой! у меня было на сердце построить дом имени Господа, Бога моего.

8 But the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to5921 me, saying,559 Thou hast shed8210 blood1818 abundantly,7230 and hast made6213 great1419 wars:4421 thou shalt not3808 build1129 a house1004 unto my name,8034 because3588 thou hast shed8210 much7227 blood1818 upon the earth776 in my sight.6440

8 Но ко мне было слово Господа, и сказано: ты пролил много крови, и производил большие битвы; ты не строй дома имени Моему, потому что много крови пролил ты на землю пред лицом Моим.

9 Behold,2009 a son1121 shall be born3205 to thee, who1931 shall be1961 a man376 of rest;4496 and I will give him rest5117 from all4480 3605 his enemies341 round about:4480 5439 for3588 his name8034 shall be1961 Solomon,8010 and I will give5414 peace7965 and quietness8253 unto5921 Israel3478 in his days.3117

9 Вот родился у тебя сын; он будет человек покоя: Я дам ему покой ненарушаемый всеми окрестными врагами его; посему имя ему будет: Соломон. И Израилю во дни его дам мир и тишину.

10 He1931 shall build1129 a house1004 for my name;8034 and he1931 shall be1961 my son,1121 and I589 will be his father;1 and I will establish3559 the throne3678 of his kingdom4438 over5921 Israel3478 forever.5704 5769

10 Он построит дом во имя Мое, и он будет Мне сыном, а Я ему отцем, и поставлю престол царства его над Израилем навек.

11 Now,6258 my son,1121 the LORD3068 be1961 with5973 thee; and prosper6743 thou, and build1129 the house1004 of the LORD3068 thy God,430 as834 he hath said1696 of5921 thee.

11 Итак, сын мой! да будет с тобою Господь, чтобы ты был благоуспешен, и построил дом Господу Богу твоему, так, как Он говорил о тебе.

12 Only389 the LORD3068 give5414 thee wisdom7922 and understanding,998 and give thee charge6680 concerning5921 Israel,3478 that thou mayest keep8104 853 the law8451 of the LORD3068 thy God.430

12 Да даст тебе Господь смысл и разум, и наставит тебя управлять Израилем и хранить закон Господа, Бога твоего.

13 Then227 shalt thou prosper,6743 if518 thou takest heed8104 to fulfill6213 853 the statutes2706 and judgments4941 which834 the LORD3068 charged6680 853 Moses4872 with concerning5921 Israel:3478 be strong,2388 and of good courage;553 dread3372 not,408 nor408 be dismayed.2865

13 Тогда ты будешь благоуспешен, если будешь соблюдать и исполнять постановления и законы, которые заповедал Господь Моисею для Израиля. Будь тверд и мужествен, не бойся и не ужасайся.

14 И вот я, среди бедствий моих, заготовил для дома Господа золота сто тысяч талантов, и серебра тысячу тысяч талантов; а меди и железу нет веса, потому что его множество, и дерева и каменья я также заготовил. И ты можешь еще прибавить к этому.

15 Moreover there are workmen6213 4399 with5973 thee in abundance,7230 hewers2672 and workers2796 of stone68 and timber,6086 and all manner3605 of cunning men2450 for every manner3605 of work.4399

15 У тебя множество производителей работ, дровосеков, каменотесов и плотников, и всяких способных на всякое дело.

16 Золоту, серебру и меди и железу счета нет. Вставай, делай и да будет с тобою Господь!

17 И завещал Давид всем князьям Израилевым помогать сыну его Соломону.

18 Не с вами ли Господь, Бог ваш? Не Он ли дал вам покой со всех сторон? потому что Он предал в руки мои живущих на земле, и покорилась земля пред Господом и пред народом Его.

19 Итак приклоните сердце ваше и душу вашу к тому, чтоб искать Господа, Бога вашего, и встаньте, и стройте святилище Господу Богу, чтобы перенести ковчег завета Господа и священные сосуды Божии в дом, построенный имени Господа.
